About Alice
βIs there a job where you can be a professional sounding board?β I remember asking this question as a teenager and meeting with blank faces. I knew then that I wanted to work with people to help them to bring clarity to confusion, strategy to floundering, energy to inaction. It felt like something I was designed to do.
In 2013 I started training as a coach as part of my work in the not-for-profit sector, using my skills whilst managing a large communications team. In 2020, I finally made the leap into coaching professionally. I love watching people move forward, understanding themselves in new ways and taking action. No two clients are the same but the transformation we see together is what motivates me to be the best coach I can be.
I am actively working towards my accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) having completed my training with Coach Deeper and 3D Coaching. I studied Social and Political Science at Cambridge University and hold two Masters degrees, in Development Studies (SOAS) and Communications for Development (Malmo University). I love learning.
I have lived in Belgium, Kazakhstan, Russia and Hong Kong and now call an island on the river Thames home. My life is a journey in more ways than one. I write for pleasure and enjoy walking near the river. Creating space for myself to reflect enables me to do the same for my clients.
I am currently working fewer hours whilst on maternity leave so may take longer to reply to your enquiry. But please do get in touch!
