What does coaching look like?

Here are some examples of the types of coaching I offer.

  • Career Coaching

You want to make a change but you want to explore the what, the how and perhaps even the why. We’ll start with a first session with no onward commitment to see if this kind of coaching is for you. Often clients have 4-6 sessions spread over a number of months. This kind of coaching series will help you to move forward to the next stage of your career.

  • Project-specific coaching

You have a dissertation to write, you are planning an international move, you are returning to work after parental leave, you want to learn a new language. Whatever the project is, coaching can play a role in its success. Clients report that our regular sessions help them to keep them deal with issues which arise and help them keep momentum.

  • In-work coaching

You have meetings with your line manager but sometimes there isn’t enough space to really reflect on your work, strategic direction and personal goals. Coaching can provide a regular opportunity to reflect on your work in a confidential space. Often this kind of coaching is funded by your employer or as part of your investment in personal development.
