Frequently asked questions.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a process. You bring an issue, an area of challenge, an idea you want to explore and your coach provides structured guided time to help you move forward. Many of my clients come to coaching for the first time and find that once they’ve experienced a session or a series, they are converted. Read what they say here.
Is coaching for me?
Yes! I can say that without knowing anything about you because I believe that everyone can benefit from coaching. I have coached start-up entrepreneurs, NGO leaders, people in finance, teaching and social work. My clients have lived and worked in Rwanda, Canada, the USA, South Africa and the UK. If you have a problem you want to solve but feel stuck, have an idea you want to develop and need someone to bounce your thoughts around with, or want to explore more about yourself and your purpose, then coaching is for you.
What can I be coached about?
Anything and everything. Issues people have brought to me include:
Exploring career opportunities and moving locations
Starting a new business venture
Challenges with a working environment
Transition into a new life-stage
Learning a language
How much does it cost to be coached?
I believe in making coaching accessible for as many people as possible so I have a progressive pricing model depending on a client’s income. Specific discounts are available for those not currently in employment, people working in the not-for-profit sector and clients under 30. Get in touch to find out more.
Where and when will I be coached?
I currently do all of my coaching online. This means I can coach you wherever you are in the world and our sessions can fit easily into your schedule, however busy it is. I do most of my coaching work on Fridays and Saturdays but also have some evening slots available so I’m sure we can find a time which works for you.
